« The house had something for everyone. Our puppies enjoyed running around the property. Our kids enjoyed the large living room for their dance game and pool. We all enjoyed the corn hole game and our beautiful surroundings. Everything was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. I was super thankful for the AC. The UP was warmer than usual for September. We have no major complaints just two suggestions. A light over the stove would be great, but certainly no deal breaker. And the coffee maker...

« Access and gear supplied for many outdoor adventures. Nice to stay somewhere you could enjoy the outdoors yet have the convenience of being close to town. The cabin was very clean and mindfully organized. The location was pretty. Hot tub, sauna, and game room were enjoyable and fun. Great place to stay and will be back. Thank you. »

« Aside from the VERY long distance from the bedroom to the bathroom (OK, maybe another nightlight to guide your walk to the bathroom would have been helpful too), this cottage was perfect. We were close to every rock hunting site my wife wanted and the loudest noise were the waves washing up on the shoreline. My wife already is talking about coming back. »

« We picked this property because it is dog friendly. It is close to Houghton but far enough away for quiet time on the water. We enjoyed the deck and the grill a lot. Having Two refrigerators was so nice. Each of our family members had their own room and bathroom. Lots of room in the living room and big table for large families and playing cards or games. Place was clean and ready on time for check in. Decorated very nice. Having phone chargers on each night stand was great and convenient ! Only...

« We were actually bumped up to the Trail House, a welcome surprise as I’d just had a procedure the day before and was having some pain and mobility issues. Was provided with check-in details days before arrival. The cottage was gorgeous, spotless, beds and furniture were comfortable. Dependable WI-FI. Centrally located on the peninsula. Brochures were provided and were helpful in planning for food and gas and some attractions we wanted to see this time. We would rent this again and again! »
