'Very cute updated 60’s-vibe motel. Perfect for our short stay in the Jacksonville beach area. We checked in on our own, with no problems. (Clear instructions emailed the day before.) 'A no frills hotel by the beach. Literally a very short walk across the property to the ocean. Easy boardwalk access. Good restaurants nearby. coop 33 has great outdoor seating on 2nd floor. Great breeze.'

'The pictures of this property were old or not updated. The hallways and room smelled terrible. Rust was on the refrigerator, drawers were broken and bathtub was severely stained. Trashed was piled up in the stairwell and the most concerning issue was people were literally sleeping in the stairways. I went to go down the stairs on the morning of checkout and could not walk down the stairs due to people laying and sleeping all in the way.'

'Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to be infested with coach roaches I was traveling with my children and we were getting tired it was late so I stopped at the nearest hotel with a reasonable price because all we were doing is sleeping and leaving when we woke mind you it’s 11 at night we go to go in I turn the light on there are about 10 roaches on the floor the were on the fridge they were everywhere I walk right back out I told the lady I couldn’t stay there that I wouldn’t stay with...

'Pictures did not match the room, the room looked like a dorm room that you walk in on the first day of college with a bed with no sheets and those 4 black legs holding it up. Blinds were broken and the room was dirty. Very shady area too.'

'This hotel was amazing ! My son and I enjoyed everything from the heated pool, the quick access to the beach and the sandbar hotel with their amazing waitress and bartenders ! We will be back !'
