On the main floor of this condo you’ll find a comfortable living/dining area, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The hall bathroom connects to a master bedroom featuring a King Bed  A private patio door opens from the bedroom to a secluded area of the terrace.  Climb the stairs to find your second-floor outdoor patio with panoramic views of the Moab Valley; a perfect spot for morning coffee. The west bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds, and works well for either a couple or a group. A convenient door opens directly to the shared bathroom, which has a full tub/shower enclosure. New additions to the unit provide a fun and unique experience. A pool table, dart board, and basketball hoop have been added to the oversize upstairs bedroom. It provides a nice combination of sleeping and entertaining. After your day’s activities, while the sunset fires up the red rocks, cook a delicious supper on the natural gas BBQ, then settle in for an evening in front of the gas log fireplace.

Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. *Please note that this specific #3461 rental can only accommodate one (1) pet per local HOA rules.*  Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
