Return to the days of the Old West! Beautiful decor sourced from the Cowboys and Indians store in downtown Moab. Featuring 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, this is the perfect location to get a taste of the Old West while experiencing all the modern amenities you'd come to expect in a new town home.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Just as expected 💙
This property was as stated. However cooks....here's a tip. Bring your own knives and a good pan. The property could use some updating in these areas. The knives were very dull andbthe cookware barely had any teflon left,
That being said...I LOVED staying here. I had a minor maintenance situation that was responded to very quickly. A special recognition goes to Carlos the maintenance person for his patience and happy disposition.

Good property but needs a few things
House was fine, however....
1. House was hard to find. Address says home its on Spanish Valley Drive, but it's actually on Cold Springs Drive.
2. Hot tub water was not clean and cover was broken.
3. No information sheet with TV instructions, check-out requirements, and info about housekeeping.
4. Apparently, there is a housekeeping service that was not advertised. What do they do? We noticed someone was there and did some stuff (moved a freezer shelf and removed weight from hot tub cover we placed to secure it from the wind), but no new towels, no linen service, trash still there, etc.
5. Needs more and better coffee cup options. Only 2 normal cups. Everything else was tiny.

Although the property seemed quite clean we woke up in the middle of the night to a large cockroach crawling on the bed. It really soured the experience.

Comfortable spot for a weekend stay
Overall, we were pleased with our stay. It is a spacious home, perfect for a family of four. We spent a lot of time in the house and enjoyed reading by the fireplace, playing games at the dining table, and watching movies in the family room.
The hot tub was a major draw for us but unfortunately it was not heating properly and we didn’t get to enjoy it. I emailed the property management company on the first night of our stay and heard back on the second day; they said they’d send maintenance but we never heard anything after that, nor saw maintenance. It was really disappointing, especially for my daughter - she was so excited about the “hot pool.”
The house is equipped with most of what we needed to prepare meals, but I would suggest providing more dish towels, and there were no oven mitts. We appreciated the laundry soap and dishwasher tablets that were provided.

This was a great condo in Moab. There doesn't seem to be a lot of VRBO options in Moab so we got lucky to find this on short notice. Only thing I would suggest is that the living room area rug needs a steam clean.

Moab may biking
Great place. Quiet and great views of La Sals. For bikers add a good 10- 15 min for getting thru town to n trails.
Minor stuff- plates for at least 8, more towels, igniter in grill not working.
Would definitely rent it again.

Great time in Moab
We had a great time in Moab and this property was perfect for our group. The hot tub was wonderful at the end of a day of hiking. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We look forward to staying here in the future!

Perfect!
We had a fabulous stay! 6 adults fit comfortably in this spotless, well-designed home. The location is about 2-3 miles from the heart of Moab, and we were able to drive to downtown in about 5 minutes. We visited Arches, Dead Horse State Park and went skydiving on our way out of town. I highly recommend this home and will hopefully return soon.

Immaculate house
House was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Beds are comfortable. The only negative is the hot tub as it did not heat up which was slightly disappointing since we specifically requested a unit with one. I was a bit surprised that no compensation was offered to us but our stay at the house was awesome nonetheless.
