You will be able to self-check in with the smart lock upon arrival. Entire space is available for your use. Please, make yourself at home.

We are here for you for your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a message or phone call away.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel, in a quiet neighborhood. Please treat our home and the neighbors with respect. Please be sure to follow house rules by observing quiet hours (NO parties!) and NO smoking/vaping on the property.

Additional homes are under construction nearby, but are far along so they should not interfere with your stay.

If any problems arise, let us know right away, and we will do our best to take action ASAP. However, there is no one living on site 24/7.

For security, the front porch has a video Ring doorbell, and there are security cameras at the front driveway and one corner of the backyard (all are exterior viewing only).
- Please treat our home with respect, as though it were your own.
- Please remove your shoes indoors to help prevent goathead stickers from being tracked through the house.
- No smoking or vaping on the property.
- No parties or events.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please respect the property`s maximum occupancy.
- Please be considerate of our neighbors, some of whom live here full-time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please treat the home, furnishings, and surrounding property with care. We appreciate guests keeping the home reasonably tidy during their stay and leaving it in a respectful condition. Our professional cleaners handle the turnover cleaning, but excessive messes should be avoided.
- Please report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
- Please observe the designated check-in and checkout timespect the neighbors and observe quiet hours. This is a neighborhood that has some full-time residents.
