'Our room was not clean.'

'Motel was vooraf besteld en betaald, bij aankomst moest er toch weer betaald worden, maar na lang beraad en contact gehad met het hoofdkantoor bleek er toch vooraf betaald te zijn, dit kwam waarschijnlijk door het nieuw ingevoerd systeem vertelde men. Dit geintje heeft je wel weer een uur geduurd. helaas de kamer was ook niet wat besteld was, een bed in plaats van twee en ook geen gehandicapte kamer zoals vooraf besteld. helaas was de vloer ook plakkerig.'

'I helped the property manager out by switching to another unit. The unit was nothing like the one I reserved. I was supposed to have leather couches, but we received stained couches and a stained mattress. blinds that didn't go down, so we couldn't use one of the rooms and had to share beds. The banister was a safety hazard because it was wobbly. Very disappointed. I paid over 300 for a subpar town house. '

'Everthing was clean and ready and air conditioning was on and cool. It was a smooth check in, and for a quick one night it worked out great for us.'

'The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a weekend with our grandson. 100% recommend.'

'If you need to sleep and can ignore the condition and care of the place, this will do. The tv didn’t work… it was plugged into nothing. No sheets on the bed… just fitted and comforter, if you want to call it that. Anyway, I survived and hit the road for Sturgis.'

'The main living area was fine though some lights did not work. There I was an open electrical box that should be covered where the lights didn’t work. The coffee cups were all dirty; we didn’t use the other dishes. The bedroom and bathroom door knobs were mostly broken and unlockable. One door knob was missing another fell off when opening the door. The laundry/bathroom had no sink to wash your hands. Three of the seven bedrooms had issues with the lamps and outlets not working, we tried looking...

'Our host was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. The townhome is conveniently located near interstate and main roads to access shopping and other amenities. We were very thankful we could bring our pets and also enjoy having the family members we were traveling to visit hang out in a more comfortable space. We did struggle with the main floor being cold while the upstairs bedrooms were hot, but we adapted by adjusting the heat and wearing thicker socks. I would encourage slippers...
