'I called ahead to insure I had the room I was expecting. I spoke with a manager on site that assured me i did. I rented a suite for a friend's birthday. I arrived and was informed that just because I reserved a certain room didn't mean I could get it. They had trouble finding a room to suit what I reserved. The room was dirty, the bed was unmade, towels in the floor. They couldn't move me anywhere without down grading my reservation. I had to wait an additional hour and a half. I was super...

'Very clean, quiet and well-run place. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We needed an extra bath towel and bedding set for the sofa bed and it was promptly provided. Breakfast was always hot and ready. The area felt safe. Our room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint would be the toilet paper holders - they consist of two metal tabs that don't quite fit the toilet paper rolls so they were always falling off or getting stuck (first world problems right?). 'Room wasn’t that clean. The check in person was kind and helpful but the woman at the front when we left was rude and dismissed us completely. The phone in our room didnt work. I’ve never stayed at a place like this. I think this is considered a motel. We were last minute and it had availability. It did the job but I wouldn’t stay here again. '

'The breakfast was great. They have lots of options and it is much better than the Holiday Inn that we stayed at last weekend in San Diego. They only do housekeeping every 2 days but the attendants are always around to replace towels, etc. if needed between days. We have stayed here many times before and the shuttle to the airport is great. This time we didn't need to use it.'
