Sun Stone is an exclusive property with private swimming pool situated in a sunny, tranquil location near Trapani. The villa has been recently renovated and it represents the ideal retreat for those looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
It is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes’ drive from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Marausa Lido.

Sun Stone Villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with lawn, ornamental and aromatic plants, and it boasts offers a large saltwater infinity pool (6 x 16 meters chlorine-free) along with a Turkish bath and a bathroom with shower, a veranda equipped with a dining area and an external kitchen (cooking corner, oven, fridge, dishwasher and BBQ).

The property consists of a main building and two dependences, for a total of 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 10 people.
The rooms are large and comfortable and they are furnished in a refined contemporary style equipped with all mod cons, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, wireless home sound system and washing machine.

The main house is composed by the living area, consisting of a lounge, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a guest bathroom, and three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and one of them has a king size bed. The two annexes house have the fourth and fifth bedroom, both with en-suite bathroom and king size bed.

Villa Sun Stone offers also a brand new fitness area with bay window overlooking the swimming pool. There is a treadmill and a complete exercise bench.

Sun Stone is also an excellent base for all nature and sports lovers, who can enjoy trekking, birdwatching and follow the biking trails of the close Salt Pans nature reserve, but also can visit the Salt Museum, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi islands (connections from Trapani and Marsala), the Zingaro nature reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible. In high season arrival day: Saturday
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: kitchen gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels.
