Wonderful Stay and just as beautiful as described.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights and it truly was a great experience all the way around. Parking can be a challenge if you have more than one vehicle or if everyone is using golf carts but that was not an issue as both neighbors that shared our parking area were courteous. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrellas and parking access to the beach was super easy and a very short drive. The walk to the pool was also super easy to do. We also tried almost every restaurant and sandwich shop in the plaza at the entrance and it was super convenient for that as well. Inside the townhome was wonderfully appointed. The couches and chairs were comfortable and of very good quality. It was super clean when we arrived and was very well appointed for all the things we needed. There were beach towels that we utilized and the two king beds each with their own bathroom was great for our family of four. I would not hesitate to VRBO with them again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful stay

I was impressed the cleaniness and layout of the place. The lake behind the unit gave a peaceful vibe. Location was convenient. I would love to come back to the same unit in the future. One thing, check the 2nd bedroom's cable box It didnt not work.

Summer vacay

The property was just as described. Felt very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. Loved the 2 king beds. Kitchen was small but well equiped. Loved the bikes! 1/2 mile to the beach went super fast on the bikes or a 15 -20 minute leisurely walk. Community pool was very nice too. Loved the location to have a condo so close to the beach but in a semi secluded neighborhood. It was perfect for us! Thank you.

Super Accommodations/Near Pool and Activities

Kim is an excellent hostess and property owner. Communication was timely and she was available via text or cell as we reached out. The property is peaceful and just minutes away from the entry/exit points of the resort and also within a short drive to the beach access for Sandestin Resort. VRBO guests may use the parking area adjacent to the towers of condominiums at Sandestin for parking which is a bonus. We found staff to be helpful as well as friendly. The beach during our stay was very populated. I mention this so that anyone planning a trip can follow advice we were given to arrive as early as you can to choose a great spot. Beach towels/ chairs were provided for our use. Beds were super comfortable, and the washer/dryer, kitchen and bathrooms nicely stocked. Our family has stayed in many VRBOs and this property BY FAR IS THE MOST WELL APPOINTED. Kim thought of everything a traveler may need to make their vacation a great one! Pro Tip: Avoid the grocery stores in Destin proper and venture to the east of the resort toward 30A. Less crowded and easy to navigate. Walmart, Donut Hole (best key lime pie ever!) and other shopping and restaurant choices along this route. Make a short trip to Seaside on 30A. So beautiful and nostalgic you won't be sorry. Overall, a great rental, wonderful host and terrific VRBO experience. Don't waste your time comparing other accommodations for Destin area. Just rent from Kim!

First time to Destin

We had a great week. The property was clean. The distance to the beach was my biggest complaint. The furniture on the back patio needs replacing as it was falling apart. The steps were very slick. I fell my first night and was sore for a few days with a few bruises. The weather was fewat. My younger boys loved riding the bikes

Wonderful Townhome in Paradise

Host was thoughtful, helpful, and accommodating. The house was nicely decorated and well outfited - fully outfitted kitchen, they even had 2 bikes and throw blankets. Great location in the resort and ares. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation Villa

The Villa was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. The property owner was very responsive and provided great communication and details about our stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great rental and it’s location inside a community with so much to offer made for the trip perfect.

Bay Family Vacation

Cannot reccomend this property enough. Clean from top to bottom and property manager was fantastic in the fact that she answered all of our questions almost immediately and was very helpful with anything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach which was nice and in great proximity to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be staying here again. It met all of our needs for a family of 5 and a baby.
