Nice, cute and convenient condo with beautiful views of the beach! Although it was just me in this stay, there is a cute set of bunk beds for a couple with small children.

Relaxation in 3, 2, 1…

This property was lovely. It is right across the street from the beach with umbrellas and chairs waiting for you to just sit and relax. The balcony sunrises and sunsets were something to be admired each day, along with the beautiful gulf views!

Cleanliness of floor and bed

Floors didn’t show dirt but you could feel when walking. I swept and mopped first night. Sheets on bed and a trundle bed had sand in them. Would indicate not changed so I had to wash sheets first night Hall bath toilet paper holder and no piece to put to on (guess broken not replaced)

Grandparent's Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beginning to our stay on Sunday afternoon was unpleasant. The keypad on the door lock malfunctioned and it took about 3 hours for the maintenance staff to get us in. The operator and the management were very courteous and professional to do everything in their power to assist us. Angela was so apologetic because there was a breakdown getting the on call maintenance person to answer the call. We were able to go buy groceries for the week while we waited for maintenance. I am including this in my review just to compliment Angela and the way she treated us. She takes her job and her responsibility to the customer personally. Now as far as the unit we stayed in,it was wonderful. Our view of the gulf was awesome. The bed was excellent and the unit was well stocked with appliances and necessary items for our needs. There were several shelves missing in the door of the refrigerator that need to be added to allow more storage. We hope to come back to Majestic Sun in October for another stay. Sea Scape always treats us good. I recommend them if you are planning a visit to Miramar Beach. 🏖️ 👍😀😀

Once we arrived the unit was beautiful, clean , the view spectacular!!!! There were instructions and ideas for everything from the pool to biking to dining!! Check out was super easy - left nothing to for you worry and always a ready phone number on hand just in case — but you won’t need it!! Just plug and play !! Relax and Enjoy!!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was filthy, had to wear shoes to shower, the main shower was clogged with hair, toliets were disgusting, food all over the floor, sand in bunk beds, closet door would not open or shut, garbage disposal was broken and smelled so bad, the trash area was disgusting, and of course no response to any of my emails to the Seascape Management Co.
