The Space:

Welcome To Wintertide!



This stunning and elegantly appointed Frangista Beach home has a luxury feel the second you enter the mahogany front door. Unfolding in front of you is the entertainment area, pool table and built in cabinets with 60” TV. Quickly you are drawn to the beautiful updated outdoor kitchen. The built in gas grill is waiting for great outside barbecue events and entertaining poolside. The wicker seating is tucked in and protected from the elements. Many hours of hanging out pool side in this area is popular with guests!



At the end of a fun beach day, enjoy the beautiful outdoor kitchen featuring a spacious stone pool deck, lounge chairs, and a large crystal clear private pool which can be heated seasonally from October 1 to May 1. The outdoor kitchen features a large, built-in gas grill, a sink, and plenty of space for food prep. Guests can relax nearby on the outdoor sofa and loveseat and be entertained by the large, wall mounted flat-screen television. This private pool oasis is protected and secluded with a 6 foot stucco privacy wall. The pool and hot tub are among the finest you will see in Frangista Beach. The stunning night time LED lighting provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere after a full day at the beach. A five minute walk to the beach is rewarded with four beach chairs waiting and two umbrellas from March 1-November 30 annually!



Upon entry on the first floor, relaxation and clean lines await you with an entertainment and dining area. Enjoy the spacious and airy game room with a billiards table, a large flat-screen television, wet bar with wine refrigerator and a granite island with colorful stools—the perfect spot for a cookout, board games or cards. Also on the first floor are two beautiful guestrooms. The first is a light-flooded king suite, and the second is a bunk room with two sets of built-in, twin-over-twin bunk beds which feature privacy curtains for each bunk. Guests in these two rooms can utilize a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower and a 70’s style dual sink/vanity.



On the second/main floor, you’ll find a very open concept floor plan in which the kitchen, main living area and the dining room flow seamlessly together. Relax on the oversized plush leather couches and recliner and make it a movie night. The kitchen is for the chef at heart and is just like cooking at your own home. Enjoy the large granite island, top of the line stainless steel appliances and multiple gas burners on the large range top. When dinner time comes, you’ll have two large dining tables providing seating for all to enjoy family meals together. This floor features two king suites—one offering a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower, and the other featuring a private bathroom with a shower and separate spa tub.



The third and final floor has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a gorgeous master king suite with private bathroom with a shower and spa tub. The other two sleeping quarters are a king suite with private bathroom with a glass-front shower and a bunk room with two sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



The fourth floor observation deck offers stunning Emerald Coast views, perfect to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening cocktail.



You have the (most awesome) surround sound system to enjoy during your stay, Sonos! It is a full-home stereo experience, that you can adjust the volume throughout each room/area of the home and out by the pool, from your phone! You can connect to the existing iTunes account or browse through hundreds of pre-loaded or pre-selected playlists. It's the ultimate listening/feel good experience, with Sonos!



This home is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the sugar white sand beach and coastal emerald waters, which promise to wash away your cares. You're also within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe`s and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample, and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* This home requires Saturday to Saturday rentals during our Spring Break and Peak Summer Season.

* PARKING: Spaces available for up to 6 vehicles.

* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: Not Permitted on the Private Beach, Small events at the home are permitted (Event Fee Applies)

* HOA Regulations: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on private beach.

* Guests must use Hollywood Street Beach Access

*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum



WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for from March 1st - November 30th. Service includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival

Bikes: This home comes with 6 brand new cruiser bikes from "RideIt", from March 1-October 31 annually!

Private Elevator: This home features a private elevator. Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. There is a $250 fee for use. An acknowledgement policy will be emailed to guests on instructions and use. 

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. * Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this starter supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the well established community of Frangista Beach, this stunning home is nestled just a short 3 minute walk to the private beach! You are in walking distance to a few local favorites and best of all the small community means its more quite and easy to commute!



Getting Around:

There are sidewalks lining the main beach road of Old Scenic 98 so getting around by foot/bike is not a problem. If you chose to rent a golf cart, travel is a breeze. There are a few restaurants and local stores that you are able to walk to. There is no parking at the beach access points so if you are using a mode of transportation other than walking you would have to drop off and then return them to the home.



Other Things to Note:

Beach Reunion staff is local to the area. Our office is like family, with only 5 staff members. We have 3 overseeing our guests/reservations and our head of guest relations who assists us with our guests needs. We are open 7 days a week which provides you unlimited availability to a member of staff and when you call, it comes directly to our office, no 3rd party hubs or call centers.



We have an after hours emergency line as well for true emergent situations at your home that can dispatch maintenance or the proper caretakers for your situation.
