Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules*

No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.

A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the rental home. A copy of each guest's insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure. Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.

Pet Fee: $250 for one pet / $350 for two pets

Grill fee charged if not cleaned after use
