Start mornings with coffee on the patio overlooking the lake, then head to Sandestin's private beach or tee off on one of four championship golf courses. In the evening, the Village of Baytowne Wharf brings waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and live music.



Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is comfortable and full of natural light, with plush seating, a Smart TV, and a sofa sleeper that brings the home to a comfortable sleeping capacity of eight. Your included 6-seat golf cart makes beach days easy. From BellaVida it is about a 2-minute ride on resort roads and cart paths to Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.
