  • Emerald Breeze is een 7 bed 5 bad luxe, strand vakantie huis met PING PONG / POOL TAFEL, verwarmd privé (Verwarming optioneel - extra kosten) zwembad en golf views- gelegen een half blok naar privé-toegang tot het strand in een gated wijk in Frangista Beach. Dit huis is een 3 verdiepingen tellend huis van meer dan 4200 vierkante voet met een extra 1000 + vierkante meter aan balkons en veranda's. Je zult je verwonderen zodra je door de voordeur loopt. De foyer beschikt over een zwevende trap met drie verdiepingen en een plafond van 30 voet. Travertin vloeren, gebogen deuropeningen en hoogwaardige architecturale kenmerken overal. 5 slaapkamers met kingsize bedden (3 w / prive-baden), 2 kid's stapelbedden en alle toeters en bellen die u verwacht in een luxe huis. Woonkamer heeft 55 'LED HD-tv met surround sound. Buitenluidsprekers op zwembad / 3 dekken. Keukenfuncties: Gasfornuis, vaatwasser en koelkast alles in roestvrij staal. Granieten aanrechtbladen, professionele serie kookgerei, goed gevulde keuken. Alle badkamers hebben opgewaardeerde douchekoppen.

Our family (8 adults, 3 teenagers/pre-teen, and dog) enjoyed our week stay. The house was in a great location, short walk to beach, golf cart ride to restaurants. Everyone had plenty of space, and the theater/game room with a pool table was a huge hit with our family! Excellent communication with the host. Discounted golf carts were a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property, approximately a block from the beach! We had a party of 13 and had plenty of room. The kids had a great time in the pool and theatre room. Definitely would recommend getting a golf cart and renting the chairs and umbrella on the beach. Owners and team were very attentive to any questions.

Location was outstanding! However, there were a number of maintenance issues that had not been addressed prior to our stay (leaky faucet, toilets that ran all day/night, floor thresholds that were detached in a number of locations, a hole in a wall in a bunk room, stains on ceiling in eating area, torn curtains/drapes, broken blind slats in bedroom, stained and worn rug in living area, etc.) We would stay at this location again, but are hopeful some repairs are made for the betterment of this beautiful property!

We had 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 3 to 8. The home was perfect for us! More than enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. 2 bunk rooms were perfect for the kiddos and all the other rooms had super comfortable king size beds. We loved that the pool was always nice and cool, refreshing in the hot humid Florida weather. We loved the theatre room, especially for viewing the World Cup! We loved the ping pong table. Having an extra refrigerator upstairs was a plus. The location is unbeatable, walked for coffee every morning, Alvin’s at the corner, beach across the street, we even all walked to dinner at Pompano Joe’s. Wonderful vacation, great stay!

We loved the house, the location near the beach, the number of bedrooms, the quick replies from the hosts. Everything we needed was there and it was a really comfortable place.

Perfect amenities and location to enjoy the beach

Great location, just a short walk to the beach from the back walk through gate. Alvin's Island is across the street, as well as Pompano Joe which has a great beach bar. Dairy Queen, Bad Ass Coffee, shopping. Home was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our family time together.

Friends and family spring break

The house was great for multiple families with kids! Our kids loved the pool and having a bunk bed room allowing them to sleep with their friends. The location was close to the beach and easily accessible to walk to restaurants near by! The host were quick to respond and were able to offer discounts to beach chairs and golf cart rentals.

The property was wonderful and the owner was very accommodating. Location is great! The house could use a little sprucing up and it definitely needs new living room furniture. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will be back!

Visit cut short

We had to cut our stay short due to some issues, but Michael was gracious enough to help us out. The house is gorgeous and location is great. Perfect for a large group. Once all issues are resolved, we would gladly stay again!

Great Family House

Celebrated Christmas with 3 generations and there was enough room for everyone to be together and also to separate when needed - naps for young ones and space for teens. Great set up with 3 floors. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great and although it was chilly during the time we went, the heated pool made up for it!

Excellent Experience in a Beautiful House

My family of 16 stayed in Emerald Breeze for a week and had a perfect experience! The house was beautiful and so spacious. It was well stocked and only a half block from the private beach. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and did an excellent job in giving us thorough and clear instructions.We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Can't wait to go back!

The house was wonderful. The pool was small, but all we needed after a day at the beach. Plenty of pool & beach toys as well as chairs & umbrellas. The property around the house is in need of some cleanup. Great location for the beach and shopping and would consider staying in this house again in the future.

Best Friends Vacation

Weeks vacation with our best friends and wives. This is a great location if you enjoy the beach. It was oue second time staying here. There has been some nice upgrades to the house. The host is fantastic to work with. We will be back.

Great location, very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone!

We had 4 families staying with 19 people. The kids ranged from 7 to 17. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great with very easy walking distance to beach access. Beds were comfortable, house in general very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, beach equipment and pool toys. The management company was very easy to work with. We had a wonderful time!
