Villa's in Minneapolis - St. Paul

'Makkelijk bereikbaar en ruime parkeerplaats. Rustige omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel bij check-in en een goed ontbijt. Lobby lijkt onlangs gerenoveerd en is ruim en overzichtelijk.'

'Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America. Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties. Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk. '

'While the room was spacious, the gym had broken equipment and the pool was too small and filled with kids. Breakfast is decent and the woman who cleaned the area gets 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that the staff at the front desk was not courteous upon check-in and would not offer a refund of a night's stay even though I'm a "valued" member of their rewards program. 'I was disappointed in the fee for parking overnight. I expect that downtown but not that far out of the downtown area. They do charge for park and fly which is completely understandable but we were leaving in the am. I did not see this information when I was trying to decide on a hotel.'

'I had booked a stay for two nights, Friday and Saturday. When we arrived they said on their system it shows my reservation for Sunday to Monday even though when I pull up my confirmation in my email it clearly is not Sunday to Monday. On top of that they didn't have any rooms available so we had to scramble trying to find another place to stay. We were told we wouldn't be charged for this, but I have been and it honestly just hasn't been a good experience overall.'
