Soak in the hot tub surrounded by lush trees, craft the perfect s’more in the outdoor fireplace, play pool and ping pong in the game room or cozy up with your favorite drink to enjoy the sounds of the campfire. Watch the fireflies twinkle in the woods and keep an eye out for families of deer prancing through the trees. Escape the city to hike the many trails, zipline, explore the local wineries & breweries or float down the river.

At night, retreat to the upper level and gaze at the twinkling constellations under a cozy blanket as you enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fireplace.

The main level features 2 bedroom suites (1 queen bed, 1 king bed). A decked out bunk room (sleeps six!) is located on the lower level.

The main level features a gourmet kitchen with waffle bar, dining room, family room, and 2 bedroom suites with bathrooms. When you wake up, the fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare all your favorite meals. This newly built cabin features a brand new stainless steel oven, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker. Other appliances include a Crockpot, waffle maker, toaster, blender, keurig & drip coffee maker, Moka pot espresso maker, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. A washer and dryer are located on the first level and a gas grill is also available. The main level also features a covered deck, highlighted by a wood-burning outdoor fireplace and sitting area.

The lower level boasts all the entertainment you need and a third bedroom suite (fully loaded bunk room that sleeps six in two bunk beds with two additional trundle beds) with a new Xbox Series S with Game Pass Unlimited. The brand new 70” TV with surround sound is perfect for the big game or family movie night. Enjoy a game night in with the brand new pool table, ping pong and board games.

Step outside to enjoy the hot tub surrounded by lush trees. This cabin includes 3 acres to for you and your group to explore! Ample outside games to try, including cornhole, Giant Jenga and bocce ball.

• NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No exceptions and this is strictly enforced. Parties will result in a loss of deposit, eviction and additional charges.

- The indoor gas fireplace is turned off May-August. The outdoor fireplace is available year round.

This is a beautiful and clean cabin tucked away in the trees. It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation that has a fun game room with ping pong and pool table, and an outdoor fire place nestled in a cozy, covered porch with comfy couch and chairs. The hot tub was hot, clean and ready to use Perfect after a long hike. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice (clean) kitchen supplies and equipment. The grill was perfect for our delicious steak dinner. The hosts are kind and very responsive to any messages you send. I would highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Forest Bluff was exceptional. The cabin was as described and shown in the pictures, and has been well cared for throughout. There is ample space for kids and adults. Our family enjoyed the waffle bar and many, many hours of ping pong and billiards. The balcony was a perfect retreat after exploring the town of Blue Ridge and surrounding areas in Northwest Georgia. We hope to return one day soon!

Great Week at the Bluff

We had a wonderful weeklong family vacation at Forest Bluff. Our 3 boys loved the waffles in the mornings (and once for supper), ping pong, pool table, and watching sports on the nice TV's. We enjoyed our daily outings to Falls Branch Falls, the nearby state parks, tubing the Toccoa, putt-putt, shopping, eating at several nearby restaurants (McCaysville, Ellijay, Blue Ridge, and Blairsville), as well as visiting with friends who owned a home nearby. Every adventure was followed by a relaxing evening at the house with games, reading, smores.... and of course, some great meals. Each night was capped off with a quick soak in the hot tub. The porch was mom and dad's favorite thing; cool, quiet, and peaceful.Claire and Michael are great and will answer any questions within minutes. They will take excellent care of you! Already missing the mountains.....

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing time at this cabin! Hosts are incredibly welcoming and responsive to any issues. They welcomed us with all the goodies for needed for smores. We mentioned a few things were missing (waffle mix, batteries for remotes, and grill brush) and within a few hours, replacements arrived. They even sent St Patty’s Day goodies! I would definitely go back!

Perfect Family Getaway

We came after Christmas to have a quick family getaway. There's a little bit of everything for all people in your party. Game room downstairs is perfect for older kids. Board games and xbox was a hit as well. The hot tub and fireplaces were a hit with us adults. The waffle bar made for a great breakfast one morning. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Would definitely return.

This cabin had ALL the Bells and Whistles so clean and comfortable we had everything to make life comfortable and you never want to leave lol!! If I have to say one thing is that maybe clean the patio and furniture a bit before guests arrive but otherwise it’s a beautiful stay and we will definitely return!! Lovely stay with a couple quirks.

Hard location to get to only because you can only use apple maps which doesnt 100% get you there which was fine the host wrote back immediately and helped us get to the right place. How very nice. Older kids loved everything you could. Was a little disappointed there wasnt as much firewood as was shown on pictures so we couldnt do a long fire but did do a small one for the smores provided. The trash was also full i guess from other people who stayed so was kinda hard to make sure we took all our trash out lol but overall fine. And only other thing i can think of is there definitely needed to be more trash cans as far as i recall there was only one in the kitchen. But overall very nice stay and we really appreciate the both of you.

My family of 9 had a wonderful stay! We loved the downstairs game area and used the ping pong and pool table every day. The rooms were all spacious and a great fit for our group. The house was very private but a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge.

Fun times with family

This is a wonderful property with a great location. Close to town to purchase food for the grill on the wrap around deck with fireplace or great to check out the restaurants nearby. I can not describe in enough detail to explain how accommodating Claire was. I contacted her multiple times and she was awesome in handling various situations. I would highly recommend to stay here on your next visit to the Occee area.

To all those that are looking for a trip where all of it is in included and look no further. I’ll only was a host so easy to work with. But they had someone come on site to ensure the property was great when we checked it. And man did she think of it all everything you can think I was in that cabin to keep us entertained . From additional kitchen supplies additional cleaning supplies additional products for south care to a thoughtful as several additional things for dogs. I’ve been traveling for 15 years to the Blue Ridge Mountains in this by far was my favorite stay .
