As you enter, you're greeted by a uniquely configured staircase, a first-floor primary bedroom, and an opposing “keeping room,” as it was originally known. Toward the rear of the home is an upgraded kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, antique cabinetry, ample dining space, and a laundry area with an instant hot water system for the entire home.
Midway up the staircase is a cozy bedroom/den with a double-size futon and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The upper level offers an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed.

Outdoor & Bonus Spaces
One of the home's most unique features is the detached writer's/art studio, complete with a propane fireplace. Enjoy the screened porch, trellised walkways, and “secret garden” atmosphere, highlighted by an antique brick-lined patio—perfect for relaxing or creative inspiration.
The home is cooled with five window air-conditioning units, including one in the studio.
