« David was extremely communicative and friendly! House was exactly as described and made for a great stay for our large group celebrating a birthday. Would definitely recommend! »

« The cottage was clean, bright, new, well thought out and well appointed as was the yard and grounds. The place has almost everything you could possibly need. Anthony, our host was responsive, very accommodating and kind. It was so cool to have a hot tub and to be able to bring our pups. We will definitely stay here again. »

« The host was awesome and responded to every question and concern quickly. Was able to resolve any issues quickly »

« Overall was a great trip. Loved the outdoor shower and privacy. Yard was nice for our Shepard. The porch is really cute, nice sitting area. House was equipped with everything needed. Always had a parking spot out front. Was literally a 1 min drive to the boards at 12th, or a 15 min walk. Bay is 2 blocks up. Few things to note: 1. No central air but there are units in every room, they are on the louder side but keep the house really cold. 2. There are only bunk beds but one has a full size...

« Million dollar views! Best enjoyed late night or early morning. House had everything we needed for a few of 6. Highly recommend! »

« The communication with the host was awesome. She was always responsive and offered some great suggestions for activities and places to eat.I enjoyed our daily updates of sunset time, we certainly had some spectacular views »

« This was a great place to stay for my family of three. It’s a quick drive to Stone Harbor beach, and the beach passes included at the house were an added convenience. The space was very clean and well put together. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. Would definitely stay again! »

« Great place to stay! Excellent location! »

« This house was amazing & fit 23 of my family members to celebrate my grandmas birthday! There was everything we needed- chairs for everyone, plenty of fridge space & Julie was so kind and quickly responsive. Parking was not a problem at all we had plenty of cars and plenty of street parking. We will definitely be staying there again! »

« We were in OC for a wedding & stayed for a long weekend. Property was exactly as described and how it looked in the photos. Nicely updated and clean. Everything seemed brand new. 15th street is right in the heart of town so we were close to attractions and stores. Only a three minute walk to the bay to watch the sunset...and we considered it a bonus that we were above Mario’s pizza! »
