  • Situated in a quiet development with limited traffic and a peaceful walking area. Accessible, open spaces with ramps and grab bars. 2400 sq. ft. single-level home with 5 beds, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Linens are provided and included in the nightly rate.

    Features include zero VOC paint and high-quality hardwood bamboo flooring; new furniture for four bedrooms (king, king + twin, queen, queen); two full bathrooms with floor tiles; and living areas including a dining room, kitchen with island, living room, fireplace room, laundry room, sun room, open deck with grill area, and a closed porch with outdoor furniture. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms, and tubular skylights in the bathrooms and fireplace room.

    Spacious driveway and two-car garage. Thoughtfully designed and landscaped, the backyard and front yard are decorated with various mini-gardens.

    Go crabbing on the Indian River Bay: Enjoy a beautiful day on the water by trying your luck catching blue crabs from the Rosedale public crabbing pier, just minutes away!

    Things to know:
    - Check-in time: 4:30 p.m.
    - Check-out time: 11:30 a.m.
    - All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    - No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    - Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an acknowledgement is required before final check-in information is made available.
    - Security camera details: PTZ cameras overlooking the parking space and public-view entrance.

    Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

    VRBO will email the welcome guide to guests 3 days before they check in. The welcome guide is also available in the VRBO app. Access, check-in, and check-out instructions are released 3 days before check-in, but all other information is available as soon as they book.

Perfect family getaway! Close to so many things. What a cozy, clean and wonderful place to stay with my family! The host had great recommendations of places to visit and eat! We will definitely be back again! It was just what we needed.

Wonderful to stay at for a comfortable quiet family friendly location. The house is absolutely gorgeous it just gives you a feeling of home. Very clean. The owner was very pleasant to work with very accommodating.

This house is so charming! We loved the layout, large rooms, and stained glass decor. It offers a wonderful space to entertain a family or friends group - we loved having two living spaces and the bonus room with extra large table for the kids to play in. The added Trader Joe amenities were a nice touch - shampoo, soaps, coffee, cookies, etc. We enjoyed cooking our own meals with the kitchen stocked full of supplies and a charcoal grill. This was a perfect location as it's nestled in a quiet community out of the hustle and bustle but only a short 30 minute drive to Fisherman's Wharf and Cape Henlopen. There is a grocery store, restaurants, and shops only a short drive away. Truly the best of both worlds!

We had a wonderful stay at ranch with Cactus! The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with high-quality linens, towels, and toiletries provided. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. You can really tell there’s great attention to detail throughout the home. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Rental

Very spacious family accommodations with 2 king size beds (which was happily unexpected), 2 Queens and a twin. Property Manager was extremely responsive and helpful! Neighborhood is very quiet and nice distance to beaches and shopping, but away from the chaos. Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation, the rental home was great, 5-star cleaning, cozy and comfortable, all brand new appliances, beautiful hardwood floors, WiFi and Roku connective tvs. The home was huge with an amazing amount of space, and the home has a lot of character. Plenty of bed space, we only had 5 guests, but it has the capacity for 9 in my opinion. The home owners were very friendly and very helpful. This home has everything that you could ever want in a rental, including a ping pong table, beach chairs, an outdoor grill and fire pit, a garage, cooking utensils, a clothing washer and dryer, plenty of chairs, and yard space, ceiling fans and air conditioning, touch activated bedside lamps. There were 3 grocery stores and restaurants down the street. Also, we went to 4 different beaches, that were all within distance of the rental. All I can really say is that this is the perfect rental for a perfect vacation, God Bless!

Very cozy. I enjoyed using the beach chairs and ping pong table. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and dishes. The shower is very nice. Good communication with the host. Hope to come back!

This was a lovely property - spacious, extremely well-appointed, and very comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate and work with. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay in this area - in fact, we felt it was even better than the description! As previous VRBO owners, I commend the host on thinking of everything a traveler might need - and then some! The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen was easy to work in - with a nice dining room space. The amenities provided were thoughtful and generous (I have a new favorite hand soap!). We were there to assist our family - and we did. Thank you for providing this lovely oasis for us allowing us to focus on the task at hand - and a very happy grandpa who was able to play chess with our youngest grandson!

Great stay!

The house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. Both the inside and outside of the house are decorated beautifully. The seating areas outside were a favorite for my group! The host was great about responding to messages. Overall I highly recommend!

Clean quiet place!

House was spectacularly clean!! Has every thing you need for cooking and preparing anything in the kitchen! Very spacious . Could use more living room furniture. The host was waiting for us when we got there and there was a little miss communication on their end . Overall a great place to stay 45 minutes from beaches.

Excellent vacation experience!!! The property was so clean, and decorated so cutely!! The home made me feel like I was home, not in a hotel. It had everything you needed. Spacious, great backyard, great amenities. The owner was very helpful and communicative in every aspect. Every time I reached out to him, he answered within an hour. I loved this rental and would recommend it for anyone looking for a great vacation rental , close to Rehoboth Beach (only a 25 minute drive). My friends and I loved it.

The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. I mainly chose this property because I am physically disabled. Unfortunately when we arrived it was apparent we could not safely use the ramp with a wheelchair or rollator because it was too steep. Also the showers did not have grab bars nor a safety mat in the stall, and towel racks were too high.

Attention to detail

This property has a lot of nice touches. The owner provides a lot of little extras. It's in a quiet suburban neighborhood near the bay, a 20 to 40 minute drive to the beaches depending on the traffic. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The property was very comfortable, beds were cozy, plenty of space, lots of places to sit, with room to spread out. The kitchen is small but very functional and well positioned. There are a lot of cameras on the outside entrances of course, the owner watches carefully so you may need to reassure them about who is coming and going. There's a nice yard and fire pit and lovely landscaping, back porch, front porch and screened in porch. Perfect for a family to share.
