'Our stay was wonderful. The house was immaculate, and there were many homey touches, including a lovely basket with local jelly, apple butter, glow sticks & lots of pamphlets for local places. The home was exactly as described, with plenty of space for our party of 7. The kitchen was well stocked & we were able to find all that was needed to cook a meal.We loved being up close with the cows, seeing the Amish buggies go by, and just the peaceful setting. 'This is our second trip to Waters Edge. The house has everything and the host is awesome. We had a couple very minor issues while staying there (ice machine was leaking, and a beep noise was coming from the pool filter) and he responded immediately to get them taken care of. There are plenty of nice touches that you don't see at all rental properties - complimentary coffee and wine, all linens, and the above mentioned ice machine. We hope to be back, as long as our schedules allow it!'

'Our family of 9 really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful & beautiful home. The ping pong table & large TV in the basement was a big hit, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, as were all of the bathrooms. Highly recommend! '

'What a great experience in the Tiny Estates. Everything was easy as far as access and communication. We were in town for a wedding and only needed an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and the rest of the home was super cute. Would stay again anytime!!'

"We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
