'1. Location is Excellent. 2. Staff are very helpful and nice 3. Breakfast is not so good and not well planned. Quality of food is not good except the bread & the salad bar. Coffee beans (Benguet) has perhaps been brewed several times, as it taste like colored water. Strawberry jam is full of solidified sugar. Suggest to Improve on the breakfast menu!!!'

'I didn't have any problem with my stay! I am satisfied with their services😊'

'Great place. The location is relatively quiet and not as busy as other parts of the city but still within walking distance of excitement and the Jeepney hubs.'

'Goed verblijf voor een korte stop. Zeer drukke omgeving. Matige keuken.'

'Needs music in lobby and dining areas'

'Charming hotel very close to Burnham Park. Delicious breakfast comes free with the room.'

'In itself a fine hotel but it is a bit outdated. The room is spacious and equipped with the basic things. Breakfast was unfortunately not a success. There were few options and you have to wait a long time before you have a place to sit. '

'Staff are all excellent '

'Staff were great, very helpful.'

'Although hotel is old, it is Conveniently located , have friendly staff and helpful. Shops and stores and church nearby. Central location and transportation closeby.'

'Shower water goes all over the CR floor. Barely any hot water.'

'First of all. The staff. Was very good. They answered all my questions. And took care of all my needs. The hotel itself. Is an older hotel. It has a lot of problems. Cockroaches. Ant's. No T, VS in the room. No refrigerators in the room. No screens on the windows. No air con. The interior of the room looked very outdated, with a lot of patches on the walls and the ceilings uncared for. But overall? It was comfortable. The only amenities? Was hot water and coffee.'
