'We were traveling and didnt check in until almost 11 pm. The hotel charged our card 269.79 for a 308 stay before we got there. Upon arrival they tried to charge us another 305 plus 100 dollar refundable deposit. They claim the 269.79 was a fee. No where on their website does it state there are extra fees for late check in. Check your accounts when staying here. Otherwise beds were comfortable but they over use a very strong smelling cleaning product that may be masking another issue. Breakfast...

'Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...
