Chalets in Milford

'The most needed improvement for me would be to replace stained carpeting and furniture in the rooms. Once you have tried and failed to remove the stains, the only thing left to do is replace the soiled carpeting and furniture. It may be clean but it looks like crap.'

'To be honest, the price was so low that I didn't expect much, but my actual stay was fantastic. The room was fully equipped—it had absolutely everything. You might think that’s a given, but surprisingly, many places lack the essentials. Here, however, there was ample storage space for clothes, a microwave, a desk, a TV, a toothbrushing cup—literally everything—which was a huge help. Plus, the location right by the lake offered a magnificent view.'

'The house was very clean and well equipped. The house manager was very nice and it was easy to get in and out. I didn’t realize there was no central AC. AC units were in all of the bedrooms. I opened windows as AC units were loud. It is off a county highway, the cars driving by were loud with the windows open. It was clean, has a washer and dryer and was spacious. It was nice to have a refrigerator and 2 full bathrooms. It was very close to the Dreams Park and that is why we selected this...

'It was a very nice place until 5 am when someone was smoking Pot outside our room and it came into the heating/AC vent and stunk up our room.'

'Easy parking, great access to the Main Street in Oneonta and close to the colleges. Free breakfast. Room was clean, but shows lots of wear and tear. Hotel does not seem to have been updated since it was built. Funky smell. Nice people.'
