'Quiet and Secluded. We had a great time sitting around the fire, great memories, very clean, The kids had a great time. The top bunk mattress was fine for my 8 year old but would have been a bit stiff for me. My older son slept on the futon he loved it. Plenty of towels, The water heater is a small one but we could each get nice hot showers if we waited a bit between. It would reheat quickly for the next shower. '

Highly recommended if you want simple, rustic lodging with comfortable accommodations (nice bed, everything needed for a compact kitchen to prepare meals, and nice picnic table for eating outdoors). 'Spent the weekend with my girlfriend and 2 dogs up at this cabin as a little getaway. It was very quiet, peaceful, relaxing. From cutting down and dead wood for the fire, to canoeing on the calm lake in the morning, and listening to the loons at night. The dogs absolutely loved the cabin as well. It is very secluded so they loved the off leash adventures nearby the cabin while we played games on the porch and even took strolls through the trails. 'We loved our stay at Rocky Woods Cabin. The setting is just beautiful and our four year old grandson loved climbing the big rock in front of the porch, picking blueberries and exploring the woods. We grownups loved our campfires coffee on the porch and listening and looking for birds. Our daily and easy to spot visitors were cedar waxwings, brown creepers and hummingbirds.
