Within the complex, it is possible to park both in reserved outdoor spaces and in a large garage on the ground floor. Here are also the boiler room, the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and the waste storage compartment, ensuring comfort and functionality.
The upper floors are accessed via an internal staircase passing through the garage or through an external one that also leads to the house's private garden.
On the first floor there is the entrance that leads to the living area, consisting of a large and bright living room divided into a dining area and a relaxation area, ideal for conversations and moments of conviviality. The kitchen, also located on the same level, is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher, ensuring functionality and convenience. The living area is completed by a small service bathroom, equipped with a sink and toilet, which ensures comfort and privacy. The layout of the spaces favors a harmonious and functional environment, suitable for different housing needs. The design of the rooms favors natural brightness and the optimization of spaces, creating a welcoming and modern atmosphere. For stays longer than a week, linen is replaced and a floor and bathroom cleaning service is automatically calculated on the total cost.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating by means of the boiler.
The structure comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it the ideal solution for both family stays and business trips.
