Disgusting
Need VRBO email to send information on this. We refused to stay after hours went by with no communication or response for the issues. Check in was only achieved after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to exit the building as the code given was very confusing. Once inside we entered the apartment to find many soiled bed coverings. Phots attached. The Wi fi would not work. We called the property manager several times and no answer and a message could not be left. We could not email without wi fi but did so from a nearby cafe without any response. We left after two hours and got hotel rooms. We never stayed there. We communicated with whatâs app phone number provided by easy life and their email. The two different departments never talked to each other which made things even more confusing. They have no organization or management and left us to figure everything out ourselves. I want the money back. No one should have to,have soiled dried blood bed covers, no wi fi that worked and no communication or help for hours after we checked in and ultimately checked out. Pls. Help.
