BnButler - 48 Monza Ave.

Cozy studio apartment located on the fifth floor of a modern building at 48 Viale Monza, in the heart of the NoLo neighborhood. Very close to Trotter Park and just a short walk from the Martesana Canal, perfect for pleasant walks and outdoor activities in Milan. The apartment’s location is very convenient, with excellent public transportation connections nearby. You’ll also find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and cafés in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.



THE SPACE

The approximately 35-square-meter apartment consists of a single open-plan space with a balcony. The space is functionally furnished, featuring a sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a living area with a dining/work table for two. The kitchen is basic but functional. You’ll find an induction cooktop, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. The bathroom includes a spacious shower.

The apartment offers all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.



Three days before your arrival, you’ll receive a link to register your documents (required by law).

As soon as registration is complete, you’ll receive a second link, complete with a video and instructions, allowing you to access the apartment entirely on your own via self-check-in.

We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.

A request must always be submitted for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.

We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance.

In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free of charge.

During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.

Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you’re checking in person, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding the time.
