The apartment is located on a second floor without a lift, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is just 200 metres from the beach, with views of both the sea and the mountain, and is close to multiple services such as supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses, water parks and cities like Fuengirola, Marbella and Málaga, accessible in a few minutes.
