Accommodating up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and a living room futon, our home is fully equipped for families or groups. Our main bathroom features a jet tub, and a dedicated workspace makes longer stays practical.
Our full kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all cookware. On-site laundry, air conditioning, Smart TV with streaming, and parking for up to 4 vehicles are all included.
Our home is within 5–10 minutes of Midland's King Street dining district, Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre, Martyrs' Shrine, and Midland Harbour. Wasaga Beach and Collingwood are under 45 minutes away.

King Street in downtown Midland is about five minutes away and is the heart of local life. You will find a walkable stretch of restaurants, pubs, and cafes covering every mood. Highlights include Lilly's Italian Eatery and Explorers Bistro for sit-down meals, Dillon's Wood Fired Pizza and Min-Ji's Korean Fusion for something more casual, and The Library Restaurant for a special evening out.

Midland Harbour is seven minutes away with summer live music, waterfront events, and stunning Georgian Bay views. The Boathouse Eatery sits right on the water and has one of the best patios in town. Georgian Bakery is the local favourite for espresso and fresh baked goods to start your morning.

Things to do in Midland and Georgian Bay
Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre is eight minutes away and one of the region's true highlights, with boardwalk trails, canoe rentals, and remarkable wildlife. Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons, one of Ontario's most fascinating heritage sites, is equally close. The famous Midland Murals make for a great free self-guided walking tour through downtown.

For time on the water, the Miss Midland Boat Cruises offer a scenic 30-island Georgian Bay cruise from Midland Harbour. Tay Shore Trail is five minutes away for cycling or a casual walk along the bay. Awenda Provincial Park, with old-growth forest and Georgian Bay beaches, is 25 minutes.

Day trips are easy from here. Wasaga Beach, the world's longest freshwater beach, is 30 minutes. Collingwood and Blue Mountain are 45 minutes for hiking, skiing, and dining on the escarpment. Georgian Bay Islands National Park, accessible by boat from Honey Harbour, is a genuine wilderness experience worth planning for.

Everything you need is within minutes. Food Basics (3 min), Real Canadian Superstore (5 min), and Walmart Supercentre (5 min) cover groceries and household needs. Shoppers Drug Mart is four minutes for pharmacy and personal care items. Tim Hortons is three minutes for an early coffee before you head out.

Free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Midland is a driving town and most destinations are under 10 minutes. Penetanguishene is 10 minutes, Orillia is 40 minutes, and Toronto is roughly 90 minutes via Highway 400 for guests commuting or arriving from the city.
