'Comfy bed and terrific view from the 38th floor. Hotel is showing its age, however, the service from the staff is exceptional. Do bear in mind that a 'destination fee' or in other words a 'resort fee' is payable. It is mandatory and will set you back $35 (+ tax). The fee itself gives you $35 of value to use in the eateries in the hotel, but it won't stretch far. Buffet breakfast costs a whopping $50 + tax, service charge and gratuity...That's an expensive breakfast for a family of 4! ;-)'

'The sink in the room had a really bad leak when we got there, they where trying to move us to another room that night but it didn’t have the ocean view which I had paid for so I told them no. When I went downstairs to inform them of what was going on the maintenance person just knocked on the door one time and didn’t wait for anybody to answer. My partner was in the bed with no clothes on and he still proceeded to go in the bathroom to look at the leak which was very unacceptable. So the next...
