'Pleasant stay.'

'Pool and hot tub being renovated… no one working on them the days we were there and it is a real mess. I stayed for two nights and my room did not get cleaned at all. I had to go to the desk to ask for some fresh towels. Did not like the fact that they charge a $100 incidental fee… It is refunded when you check out, but there really aren’t any incidentals in the room to purchase so not sure what the point is in charging the extra $100 at check-in.
