« Great condo! Clean! Great communication from host. There is parking in a garage wvubd condo but it’s small so if you have a big suv or truck it will not fit but you can also parking outside in front of the garage door as well. Great place! Easy and convenient »

« Such a great condo! Lots of space and immaculate. Host thought of all the little things (clothing rack in laundry area for hanging damp clothes, even dryer balls! Coffee pods and creamer, cutting boards and sharp knives) Perfect location to south campus near athletic facilities and the Big House! « This place is perfection! The host has gone out of his way to thoughtfully provide amenities in this super cool Detroit- themed condo we have not seen at any other vrbo stay. Sean's place is so great, we wanted to stay in rather than go out on the town! Fortunately, we were able to enjoy both during our weekend stay. « Really clean, contemporary space. Bright, well furnished. Bonus points for two!! recliners. Lovely shower and bathroom. Kitchen is spacious and well lit. High end appliances. Very comfortable stay. »

« Broken toilet screens fallen out in window mold in bathroom cigar and cigarette bits all over property even though it was suppose to be smoke free property cigar smell at pool. No hangers in closet »

« Beautiful home with a wonderful view. The owner thought of everything! There was a three-wing binder with activities and restaurants in the area, Coolers and lawn chairs in the closet, essentials in the bathroom that you may have forgot to pack, spices, condiments and K-Cups for the coffee machine, Paper plates and such in the kitchen. And fast response to any communication.There were even binoculars on the windowsill to watch the beautiful waterfowl. »

« Host failed to notify me that the property was not inhabitable until I called at check in time. According to him the was a water main break a few days before my reservation. He was hoping to have it all cleared up for my stay. Hoever, it must have been clear to him by the morning of my stay (at the very latest) that this was impossible. Despite that he did not respond to my requests for check in info until i managed to get his number from VRBO staff at the time i was to check in. »
