'Rooms were lovely and fresh....newly remodeled . Issue with tiny ants in bathroom on floor Tea towel would have been nice Mats a doors due to snowy boots No sheets if you were to use couch Bedroom TV didn't work....wasn't connected Bed so compfy .Area safe and quiet Area '

'OMG this place is the BEST!! Food options are amazing. Try the drinks, salad, onion soup at Le Suprême. Explore the whole joint…rooftop, gym, lounges on 2 and 14. Easy walk to all sports venues. Friendly, helpful. I could live here and some do!'

'Very nice hotel for a two bedroom . however the fire alarm kept going off and I got kept getting noise complaint emails saying that I will be charged $500 and this is the third warning before I even checked in. Also, the fire alarm was going off throughout the night.'

'The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. '
