Urban Oasis with Jacuzzi-Free Parking

Spacious, tranquil and private corner house with a beautiful patio and yard. One Of those sweet spots in Miami, 15 minutes from just about everything. 6 minute drive to the beach

The house has a special vibe to it, from the open concept and the high beamed ceiling to the worlds most comfortable chair. Original art on the walls and flat screens in each bedroom along with one over the fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen
Solar panels and a water filtration system on the entire house. You can drink out of the faucet.
The entrance of the house opens to a large open concept living room, dining room and den. There are 2 couches, one pulls out into a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress, the other is a large sectional. Either can be used for sleeping ( pillows and sheets/blankets are provided). There are 2 bedrooms in the main house with a Jack and Jill bathroom, to the laundry room.
When open the front door and back door to the house create a wonderful breeze that blows through.please be sure to turn of the central AC if the doors and/or windows are open. The back patio is a sweet pot with a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower with hot water.

Guest access
The main house and 1/2 of the yard are all accessible to the guests with a private back patio.

The owner lives on the same property in the 1/1, there are cats and a very sweet pup (Border Collie) that live on the premises
