This hotel is clean and very convenient. The staff was friendly when I checked in. The only thing is that the shuttle service transportation was not available in late evening when I landed. Otherwise this a very good option when you need to stay close to the airport.

we opened the sheets of the bed...we found "nice" black curly hairs laying in both beds (!!)… we has reported this issue to the front desk clerk...and fe switched us on another room....the clerk gave us the impression that he was not surprised(!!)… be aware!!… check your bed !!before getting in...
we had 4 heavy luggages that we planned to leave in the storage room...the clerk told us that luggage can only be left few hours behind the wall of the front desk...we had to move all the luggages into our room ...

Regretfully, while you were with us, all the elevators were down due to the repairs that were conducted by the elevator company, for which they took full responsibility and worked diligently in finding a solution. Regardless, we are really disappointed that you were inconvenienced because of this.We will be looking forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back in the near future when both elevators will be completely refurbished.

The property is not well kept. A random hotel guess had his own music speakers (very loud) playing in the pool area and the hotel staff didn’t say anything to him. Only 1/2 of the elevators is working. The carpet in the room feels dirty.

I will never stay here again. Only one elevator worked and it was not only slow but smelly, loud and shaky. The night guy at the front desk was rude. The room wasn't very clean and the bathroom was tiny and dirty. I wish I could share my oictures

The lights by the bed did not work and it was quite dim in the room. There was no working outlet to lug in my cpap so I had to stretch the cord across the room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was unremarkable and cost me $17 when I was led to believe it was included.

Staff gave me a real early check in which was greatly appreciated
Free shuttle to the airport was a bonus although shuttle driver let me struggle lifting a suitcase up 3 large steps to get on
