Other Things to Note:
▶ Please turn off the AC when leaving the property or if it is not needed, to help conserve energy and prevent possible leaks or malfunctions. Failure to do so may result in a fine charge up to $500.
▶Use of the bunk bed is at the guest’s own risk. By occupying the property, guests agree to a hold harmless waiver for any injuries or accidents related to the use of the bunk bed. A warning notice regarding safety precautions is provided and must be acknowledged prior to use. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on the top bunk.
▶ Tampering with the pool equipment is not permitted. Charges may apply.
▶ To maintain comfort and safety, please keep all windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. Leaving them open while the AC is running can result in a fee of up to $500. We recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F for optimal comfort.
▶ Our apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service. The cleaning fee you pay covers the final cleaning that occurs after your checkout, ensuring everything is perfect for the next guest.
▶ Please respect our policy of no unregistered guests. All visitors must be reported and approved in advance.
▶ Pet Fee: We are happy to accommodate one small pet in our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is already included in the rate only for guests who have indicated they are bringing a pet.
If you did not mention a pet during your booking and it is discovered that you are staying with one, you will be asked to pay the pet fee.
▶ We have a strict no party policy. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in being asked to leave, and you will not be refunded for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $250 cleaning fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is available starting at 4 pm, and check-out is required by 11 am on your departure day. Early check-in or late check-out may be available; please request this in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
▶ During your stay, we provide towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. Please note that these are the only supplies provided during your stay, and we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Rearranging or moving furniture in the apartment is not allowed. Any damage caused by moving furniture will result in a penalty of $250.
▶ It's important to properly dispose of all waste. Our trash bins are located as specified in the property guide, and trash collection occurs twice a week. Please ensure trash is bagged and sealed before placing it in the bins.
▶ Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Items such as wipes, sanitary products, and paper towels can clog the system, potentially leading to damage charges.
