We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The entire place was very neat and clean. Beds were comfortable and our group of 13 had plenty of room to spread out. Please note that one of the bathrooms is outside, but easily and quickly accessible from the game room. The main suggestion we would make is more towels and washcloths! There were zero towels/cloths in the kitchen area. Neither were there trivets or pot holders. We found only 3 washcloths in the entire house, which sleeps many more. With these small improvements, the house would be close to perfect! We loved the heavy entrance gate and keypad entry, which made us feel safe. The location feels like you are tucked away - very private & quiet. We easily obtained ubers to Hard Rock Stadium for the tennis tournament. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again and highly recommend!

Nice Property in a Community in Transition

Check in was easy, the property manager was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is in transition, time will tell if towards decline or greater redevelopment. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were great. Great laundry facilities. Short drive to the beach, although the closest beach was filled with seaweed. Further beaches were better. TVs in two of the rooms were inoperable, a small inconvenience. The pool and outside amenities were great. The game room was nice, one pool stick had no felt tip, so was unusable, there was no chalk for the second, the video game was a lot of fun. The gym and sauna were great. Overall, my family had a nice time.

Excellent for Bachelor Parties

We booked this property for my bachelor party, and were extremely happy with how everything worked out. Plenty of beds and rooms for our party of about 12 guests. Had all the right amenities, the best being the pool. The property manager, Eduardo, was very helpful through the entire process. Would recommend for any big group of friends looking to have a good time!

Great host but not the best house

The host was incrediable and so responsive and I feel terrible leaving this review but I didn't see any other mentions of this, which i think its pretty important to say. I'm pretty sure this house has a mold problem. Their was a mildy kind of smell and after sleeping at the house my husband and I woke up with a sore throat and sinus issues. I had to buy an air purifer for my daughter and ended up actually leaving a few days earlier because I was worried about the mold causes health issues. The yard is incredibale and the host was amazing. All fenced in and they allowed us to bring our dogs. The home has many rooms and is great for large parties. As I mentioned, I just think they have a mold issue that isnt being treated. Be careful if you stay here, we noticed it most in the master bedroom. Otherwise it was great. Some pots and pans were dirty in the cabinets but thats easy to wash. We had some issues with the water heater but they sent someone over the next day to get it warm. Everything else about the property is wonderful. I hope they treat the mold so that future families can enjoy!

Great place.

All was as advertised, great AC, plenty of hot water for showers for large group. Kids loved the pool. Neighborhood was fine, no problems. Management was very responsive to a couple of small issues.

Great House for Large Group Trip

House was very clean, management very easy to communicate with, had extra towels for pool. There was 1 less bathroom available to us than advertised - it seems like from the pictures one bedroom might have had one locked up / not available. House is 20 minutes away from all places we went in south beach and no issues getting Ubers. Felt safe in house with the gate and locks. House also close to Publix and Costco.

Wonderful House for Large Groups

This is one of the best houses we've rented for our large family. The dining table could seat 12 with the extension (hidden underneath) and using the benches from the kitchen table. The living room was large and we moved one of the futons in for extra seating. The pool and hot tub were great - the property manager taught us how to get the hot tub to heat. Our toddlers loved the miniature golf- moving the balls and flags from hole to hole. Outside seating was very nice and shady most the day. There were a few negatives - The neighborhood is a bit run down but we felt safe in the house and fenced yard. One bedroom (former garage) didn't cool well. The play equipment needs some minor repair (Screw heads popped out). There were 2 pac-n-plays in the house but no highchair. We left behind a booster seat we bought. The kitchen was well equipped except for measuring spoons and teaspoons, but we worked around that. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great for a bachelorette!

My friends and I loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and ample bathrooms and mirrors to get ready in. They were kind enough to let us in early which was a huge help as we were setting up for the bride. We spent a full day hanging out by the beautiful pool. The only things were that the shower did not get very hot and the kitchen was lacking some basics, like baking sheets and oven mits. The neighborhood is a little sketch but we felt very safe with the gate and the lock and it was very close to Costco and all of our activities. We were able to get in touch with the host very easily and he was a tremendous help. I would definitely recommend this place for a friends group trip!

Great for large groups

Everything that the property advertised was there. It felt spacious for 16 adults though we each had to double up on beds. The pool area was a favorite. Everything was clean when we arrived. The hosts checked in on us via email and picked up when we had to call. Some things to note - it is a bit far from most of the things we wanted to do. Ubers/Lyfts to and from Downtown or Miami Beach would range from $20-$100+. The only thing we found missing was baking sheets

Pictures don’t tell the story

My wife and I were supposed to stay at this property. Most important make sure you check on the area of the property. It did not feel safe to us. There is a reason that there is a gate that you need to go through to get into the property. The property was large and overall nice. A little more run down than the pictures lead you on. There also was a bit of an odor in the house. We actually were so disappointed we left and went to a hotel instead.

BEAUTIFUL HOME

Eduardo saved out trip! We were displaced due to some issues w the other home owners! But after contacting Eduardo he came through and helped house my group of 16! This house is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! It accommodated all of us comfortably. The landscaping was immaculate and the whole entire house was extremely clean. If you have a large group, this is the place! I have zero complaints! I would give this home a 10 if I could!

Amazing home!

The home was amazing for my group of friends and I. Close to North Miami Beach and about 20mins away to Wynwood. The property was really well maintained and the property manager was very responsive! Would def recommend this place!
