The unit comes with covered garage parking. Which accommodates one vehicle up to 6'9" in height. Extra spaces are available for rent through the valet company, which is an independent service not managed by the building. Additional fee will apply and be paid directly to the valet company.



★PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Stay connected, with front desk services catering to your package retrieval needs. However, package responsibility rests with the guest.



★PROVISIONS:

We provide essentials, including an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs. Please note that our linen service does not include washcloths or kitchen towels.



★GUEST SCREENING:

A check-in procedure is in place to verify identity, payment method, and booking for security and fraud prevention. Booking confirmation follows successful screening.

An assigned parking space in the private garage is included. Full space will be at guest disposal.

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.



* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.
