Our host Horacio was very welcoming and provided very helpful information about local attractions, restaurants and other things to see and do in CDMX. We were also provided with very informative videos about the amenities in the apartment. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent, in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close to many excellent restaurants, sites, and public transit options. Horacio was very responsive to all of our questions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location for our stay in Mexico City! Great for kids (with rooftop pool, proximity to Parque Espana and Mexico, and colouring books and puzzles in the unit). Very safe and secure with 24h front desk security. We left our bags before check in/after check out with no problem. Horacio was an excellent host and had detailed instructions for everything. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this very nice condo, just next to a beautiful park and lots of great restaurants (7-Eleven is at the end of the block, Su Mesa grocery store is 3 blocks away and Quentin Cafe's wonderful coffee is around the corner!). Horacio, our host, provided great info about the area and met us after we checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely come back!

This was a wonderful condo for our family during our trip to CDMX. Horacio and Gaby provided everything we needed - from coffee, water, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer, to beach towels and umbrellas - and were always helpful and communicative. They even gave wonderful recommendations on places to dine and visit and how to use the condo’s amenities.The condo was modern, clean, bright and comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of Condesa. A wonderful place to rest and enjoy the beautiful rooftop pool and terrace after a long day of walking. Safe, gorgeous neighborhood, just steps from amazing restaurants, shops, and the most beautiful parks. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean and in a perfect location; especially for families. It was located between two lovely parks - Park Mexico and Park Espana. Both have fantastic play structures. The condo itself is lovely; clean and nice furniture - 2 large leather sofas in the living room. We used the laundry twice with no problems. The rooftop pool was lovely; warm (and it was cool while we were here, so we appreciated that) and steps into a shallow section for my grandson. There are two full baths (both have showers) and the master bedroom is large as is the closet area (you could easily put a crib in the closet area). The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and would be perfect for two children. I highly recommend!

Great Location & Owner

We (three adults) stayed here and would definitely stay here again. We loved the location as there is a lot of restaurants and stores to walk to on tree-lined streets. Horacio was great at communicating how to get in and how to use the various items in the apartment. He also provided very good recommendations for sights and restaurants. We used the roof top deck (pool and gym) every evening. It is on a busy street but the apartment was surprisingly quiet (we left the windows open 24.7).

Phenomenal

I am already thinking about my next trip and I will undoubtedly want to stay at this location. It is convenient to the airport, as well as many of the historical locations through out the city. There is also a thriving restaurant and bar scene in this area. This VRBO is one of the best I’ve ever experienced.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were four of us, and the apartment had enough room to spread out comfortably. It was clean and had everything we needed. We also spent some time on the rooftop and pool, which was nice after days spent exploring. Best of all was the location of this property- tucked between two beautiful parks, walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping, and central to other areas we wanted to explore. Horatio was gracious and helpful. This is a great choice for staying on a trip to CDMX!

Great location, host and set up

We loved the apartment and location. Great neighborhood. Lots of fantastic restaurants, parks, and shopping. Near grocery store. Used as a base for exploring Mexico City and surrounding areas. Loved coming back to hang out at the pool. Felt very safe and informed. The host responds quickly and gives great info. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus too.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful vacation with plenty of room for our family of 4 with two teens for 9 nights. The condo was clean, spacious, safe and well stocked. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect with restaurants and two parks within close walking distance. We walked or took Ubers to all of our desired museums and sights. We used the rooftop gym and pool every morning. The information provided by the owner was especially helpful. We highly recommend and will definitely return.

Clean, easy, safe

This was a nice property in Mexico City. First time to the city, so I was unsure about where to stay. I chose this location because of the restaurants nearby, generally safe neighborhood, and the pool on the roof. The place was just as described. Horacio was present and able to answer questions along the way. Clean, no smoke smells, some noise from neighbors but definitely not a "party" type noise... just people living. :) Would go back - thank you!

Location and apartment very good!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and the apartment was well equipped. The pool was unfortunately closed during our visit, but the views from the roof deck are lovely. Horacio was very easy to communicate with.

This is a perfect location for exploring the neighborhoods. Lots to see and do nearby. The rooftop pool was a wonderful highlight. Horacio was very easy to communicate with and was helpful when one person in our party had to stay an extra night in the city.

Wonderful Stay! Roof top Gym and Pool

We had a great time and this beautiful condo is so impressive! 24 hr. security, very nice front door service staff, Condesa area is so beautiful and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The parks around are so beautiful and we loved finding little bakeries and new spots everyday to eat. I liked that prior to our stay Horacio was quick to respond to our messages and even provided videos on how to work the electronic doorlocks, use TV and washing machines. It was very nice meeting him on the day of our arrival to make sure we had all questions answered. Everything felt new and in excellent condition, from the kitchen appliances, the dishes/cookware, to the stylish artwork and furnishings. We were so thankful to find a huge 5gallon drinking water jug (sealed cap/new) for us and coffee with also some sugar and other spices for our use. The space was very ample for my family of 3 and the bathrooms gave a spa-like feel. The bed mattresses are on the firm side, but very comfortable. We enjoyed having Netflix in the large screen living room TV and although the bedroom TV lost signal from time to time due to the evening storms we didn't mind it. We loved using the gym during our stay and although we didn't get a chance to go into the pool, the views from the roof top were amazing. Hope to return soon!

Spacious stay at Condesa

Very spacious condo with a large master bedroom, second bedroom with two comfortable beds, and two separate bathrooms. Our family of four had plenty of space and comfort. The rooftop deck is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. The pool temperature was just right and the pool is large enough for exercise. The host Horacio met us at check in and made the process seamless. He was also a great communicator throughout our stay and before arrival. Location was perfect - condo is located between two gorgeous parks in Condesa. Lots of enjoyable walking. Be aware that there is no a/c, so it can get warm and stuffy at times. Opening windows helped us and the fans that were provided somewhat as well. Security guard at the entrance, condo felt very safe.
