The two-storey property consists of a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 7 people. You have access to a shared outdoor garden with 2 barbecues, a large private terrace on the upper floor and 5 balconies. Furthermore, a heated outdoor hot tub is available for an extra fee. The sea can be reached in just 4 minutes by car, and Taormina is about 40 minutes away.



There are 5 parking spaces available on the property and free parking on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not available.



Please note: the large kitchen is located on the ground floor, while the living room and bedrooms are on the upper floor. Linen change is available on site for an extra fee. The villa is suitable for parties and events. Upon request, tours and excursions can be organised; the owner is also in contact with a local riding school.
