« Very clean and comfortable room. I think the bathroom had recently been renovated as it was immaculate. Excellent shower. Tea and coffee in the room. Great location. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. »

« The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here. We happily stay here again. »

« An overnight stay for my wife and self, a proper pub in a village with decent food and warm exceptionally clean accommodation. Beer was good and locals were friendly, as were the staff, parking in the village square 50 yards from the premises. What's not to like . »
