'Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...'

'1 block off beach. Older property but very functional in the middle of being updated. Manager ver responsive and even told us that a nighttime launch was taking place. Went to the beach and had a great view. Quiet and close to everything. Showers great'

'The home is elegant. It faces the river/mainland with water views from every room. It's a split-level featuring a dramatic entry leading up to the living/dininig areas and down to a fully-equipped party room with two of the three bedrooms and massive projection TV. Out back is an inground pool, tanning beds and a private boat dock (rented separately). The home is beautifully furnished but (in my opinion) isn't set up to accomodate small children or rowdy teenagers. There's a instruction booklet...

'We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway.'
