Mediterranean-style house in s'Arenal, 5 minutes from the beach

The house is laid out on a single floor and offers spacious and bright living areas, with all rooms facing the outside.

It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; 3 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and three with showers).

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and three of them have direct access to the outside.

The living and dining area is spacious and furnished with a 6-seater sofa, a 55-inch television with satellite channels, a fireplace and a dining table. It also has air conditioning and provides access to both the kitchen and the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and everything needed for a comfortable and practical stay.

In addition, there is a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside, the villa features a private swimming pool surrounded by lawn and sun loungers, as well as a covered porch with a table, chairs and a chill-out area. This space is equipped with a ceiling fan, allowing guests to enjoy it comfortably during the summer months.

The villa has one parking space within the property, and there is free parking available in the surrounding area.

Just 350 metres (a 5-minute walk) from the villa is Arenal d’en Castell beach, a wide and sheltered bay with easy access and crystal-clear turquoise waters.

SERVICES

- The villa provides Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- Air conditioning is available throughout the property, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms and on the outdoor porch.

- A cot and high chair are available upon prior request; we recommend requesting them in advance to guarantee availability.

- To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, the maintenance team visits every week. These visits are brief, discreet and carried out only in the outdoor areas.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is mandatory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This requirement applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs €2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged when the online registration is completed via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once the registration and tourist tax payment have been completed, we send all the information required to access the property, as well as useful details for the stay. Should you have any questions or require recommendations, we will be available and happy to assist you through our customer service team.

- A damage deposit of €900 will be charged on the day of arrival, by credit card. Once the property has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded by the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The furniture, décor or certain elements of the property may have been renovated or updated over time, so there may be minor differences compared to the published photographs.

HOW TO GET AROUND

From the villa, it is possible to walk to Arenal d’en Castell beach and the nearby amenities area, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacies and other services during the holiday season.

To discover Menorca’s many coves and places of interest, we recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter. This offers greater comfort and flexibility, while also providing easy access to beaches and natural spots that are not served by public transport.

If you prefer to use public transport, there are bus routes connecting Arenal d’en Castell with other towns across the island, including Es Mercadal, Fornells and Mahón. Timetables may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest information.
