Platja d'Arenal d'en Castell beach is directly in front of the complex and can be accessed straight from the shared outdoor area. It's ideal for relaxing on the sand with a good book or swimming in the clear sea. Within 20-300 meters (1-5 minutes on foot), you'll find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The island's airport is a 27-minute drive away.



Free parking spaces belonging to the property are available (limited number, subject to availability), as well as free street parking. Bed linen and bath towels are included; beach towels are not provided. The apartment does not have air conditioning (fans are provided) or Wi-Fi. The kitchen is stocked with oil, vinegar, salt, and basic seasonings, and you'll also find shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent. Each booking includes new dish soap, a dishcloth, and a sponge.
