'Very nice hotel. HOWEVER perhaps due to short staffing there seemed to be trouble serving breakfast. On each of the 3 mornings I was there there was a problem with the coffee machine and on the Sunday morning the waitresses struggled with the orders and one of them was not very professional or polite I’m afraid. The rest of the service and stay was great so it’s a shame for this to be an exception. '

'Really high-spec hotel and room. All beautifully decorated and presented, including public areas. Young staff on reception were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Our twin apartment was small but top notch and very well equipped. It was handy to be able to get extra items such as pillows, toaster and iron from reception. On first impressions the area this side of the station where the hotel is located was not very nice. However, it was in fact safe and interesting, especially the markets....

'This hotel is situated in a recently renovated convent so everything was spotless. The only negative thing we can think of was the fact that we didn't have a walk in shower but instead had to shower the bathtub. Because of this you would have step in and out of the bathtub which required a rather high step that not everyone would be capable of. Since the tub itself was a bit slippery that was not very comfortable. I have to say that when we mentioned this to the staff when leaving they said we...
