'There was NO hot water and the bread for breakfast had mold on it. The guy at the desk told me “I should have mentioned that we didn’t have hot water before you booked”…..'

'Tv didn’t work. Tub was dirty. Breakfast was bare bones one fruit of each variety. The elevator was broken. The room I reserved wasn’t cleaned so they had to give me ones with a smaller bed. I was exhausted from driving all day so just slept and left. '

The bathroom vents were rusted, the ceiling in the bathroom had been noticeably repaired, the bathtub had rusted spots and the ceiling above the shower had a large bubble from a current leak. I had noticed that the tub was wet when I returned one night but assumed that the shower...
