« In town for Labor Day to visit family. Great little oasis to relax after full days of family time. Everything was great— clean, quiet, and well stocked. Hot tub was clean and hot (sometimes you get a warm tub instead…). There were even extra toiletries provided in case you forgot yours! No body soap/wash during our stay, which could have been an oversight at that time. Highly recommend! »

« Such a find - a nice, woodland property in the middle of the city! Perfect location for our grand-daughter’s visit to UW Eau Claire, and pretty close to the Otter Creek dog park for our little dog’s fun runs. The teens loved the giant TV and wrap-around couch in the ballroom-size living room! Well equipped kitchen. Only downside is that is now beside a busy highway - but well set back and hidden from the road, so you don’t hear it too much. »

« We stayed at Mirror Lake Lodge for our son’s wedding which was held at “The Barn at Mirror Lake” and made it very convenient being only a couple blocks from the venue. We loved the spacious, clean house and it worked out perfectly for our family. »

« This property is beautiful! It is very big and is nice to have all of your friends and family there. We only had one problem happen which was the fire alarm going off while we were getting ready for our wedding (due to faulty fire alarm). We were able to reach out to the host and get it figured out relatively fast though. Other wise everything else was great! »

« We had a wonderful few days at this rental. The rental listed is found as detailed in the description. The walk down to the water is steep but has a nice view from the top of the hill and house. During our stay we fished from the pier, used the paddle boats and row boat provided. The lake is not super busy and relatively quiet. Hung out by the fire pit and enjoyed relaxing. The kids and adults enjoyed playing the yard games provided. We went to a few breweries and cheese places that are close....

« The home was beautiful, beds comfortable, but best of all, the COMMUNICATION was superb! The issues we encountered were responded to and resolved immediately. « We loved our stay. Location was great for us. Close to Jake’s supper club for fine dining and then the Pioneer and Elk River Resort for bar/grill type food. Great for large or multiple families. Plenty of bathrooms and hot water was never a problem! Kitchen has pretty much everything we needed. Outdoor area is awesome. Covered gazebo is beautiful and nice fire pit for nightly fires. Chairs provided! We will definitely be back yearly when our extended family gets together! »

« Such a fun place to stay! Prospect place is stocked with anything you could need and more. Everything as described by owner. Check in and out was a breeze. Walking distance to bars and restaurants was perfect for nights out. We had a great weekend celebrating friendship and life in a truly unique space. »

« We enjoyed our stay for Fashion Without Fabric at UW Stout. Property was close to campus, grocery store, and indoor farmer’s market. It was nice to be able to cook as a family instead of having to complete for seating at restaurants. We appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the private entrance. We will book again in the future. »
