Vintage two-bedroom apartment, between relaxation and nature (SALORINO 1)

If you\'re looking for a relaxing, slow-paced holiday, SALORINO 1 is the place for you! This large two-bedroom apartment in the village of Salorino, a panoramic village on the hills of Mendrisio, will welcome you with warmth and grace, with its large, skilfully furnished rooms and antique honey-coloured parquet flooring.



The vintage aura can be felt throughout the house, starting from the large living room with its majestic fireplace, sofa and armchair where you can chat with friends, read a book or watch a movie. Next to it, there is the dining area with a table for 4 people.

The eat-in kitchen is nice and complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home, while sipping a glass of good wine and enjoying the view of nature from the window.

From the living room you have access to the balcony, where you can admire the green landscape of the entire valley.

There are two bedrooms, both with double beds, large and bright, with niches and chests of drawers for storing your wardrobe.

There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, where you can relax immersed in the bubbles after a day of walking or sightseeing.



ATTENTION: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a reserved parking space, but you can park in public paid parking spaces nearby.

What\'s nearby:

Salorino, a short distance from the town centre of Mendrisio, lies in a panoramic position on the road leading to Monte Generoso, surrounded by nature. Its historic village is surrounded by picturesque vineyards, from which the area\'s renowned merlot is produced. There are numerous wine cellars where you can taste and buy the local wine.

In a few minutes from Solino you can reach Bellavista, the place where the paths and the little train to Monte Generoso start. The summit welcomes you with the famous Fiore di Pietra, a modern refuge designed by Ticino architect Botta, with a self-service snack bar and an elegant restaurant; from here the view of Lake Lugano and its mountains is breathtaking.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway, take exit 52-Varese towards Varese/Stabio/Mendrisio and set your GPS: follow for Monte Generoso, in 5 minutes you will reach the flat.

By train, get off at Mendrisio station and take bus no. 522 direction \"Somazzo, Paese\" for 6 stops. Get off at the stop \"Salorino, Municipio\" and walk for 1 minute.
