« I have stayed here twice now and it has been great both instances. Close parking. Friendly staff. Restaurant is delicious! I will most likely stay here everytime I come to Kent State. »

« This property was located centrally for what I needed. The room was clean with space to work and rest. Staff were helpful when I had questions. Pleasant stay. »

« All of the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers wete very accommodating to my family. I grew up in the next town o er but have lived out of state for 14.5 years. I have stayed at this property close to 20 times in the last 8 years of me visiting. I have come to know those who work there as well as they have come to know myself and my little family over the years. I will continue to choose this hotel over amd over again. »

« Comfie bed. Very clean property and breakfast area. Debbie at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She’s honest too. I hadn’t even realized I had left my credit card there when checking in and she brought it to my room. 😁 »

« Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here. »

« The property is within walking distance of a number of food places so that's a plus. Also has a shopping area close by. Property is nice and clean. The breakfast biscuits were chef's kiss. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We left for the airport around 2 a.m. and we were met with a smile and bubbly personality at the Front Desk. »
