« They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left. »

« We had a fantastic time!! The host couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful! If there were more stars to give, he would have earned them as well. Very clean and comfortable arrangement, all to our liking, great facilities to provide for a home away from home! Would recommend this bungalow and would stay there again. There is no TV, but we enjoyed the DVD collection very much. »

« Yes it was Christmas and we needed something’s. The just did not hesitate to take time away from their family to ensure we had the things that we needed. If we’re ever back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely be staying there again. !! »

« Not being able to watch TV for the first day there because batteries in remote was no good, Overall our stay was very pleasant, peaceful & relaxing. »

« Place itself was nice. Close to some convenient stores and a couple of bars. Drove a short distance to the pier for dinner. Nice short distance to the Royal Carribean Port. Communication was not good with owner though. The code to get into home didn’t work and the cleaning guy let us in at our check in time at 4:00. I asked for new code and no response. »
